Peach Smoothie

A fresh and fruity smoothie great for breakfast or snack time.


Ingredients
  • 5 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1½ cup fresh or frozen peaches
  • ½ cup crushed ice
  • ¾ cup coconut milk* (if needed, substitute milk of choice)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon sugar (adjust type of sugar and sweetness to preference)
